Men’s/Co-ed Overview

Adult soccer leagues are offered in the spring and fall. Leagues are offered for men’s and co-ed teams.

Spring 2010 Registration Dates
Regular registration: January 19 – February 22, 2010 –  $375 Per Team.
Late registration: February 23 – March 1, 2010 – $415 Per Team

Play is scheduled to begin the week of March 8, 2010 with each team playing an 8 game schedule. We intend to make up all rain out games.

• Men’s Recreational League : Monday Night
• Men’s Open League : Tuesday & Friday Nights
• Co-Rec League : Thursday Night

The Georgetown Parks and Recreation Adult Soccer League will be governed by the LAWS OF THE GAME as utilized by the Federation of International Football Association (FIFA). The Georgetown Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to design and alter rules to accommodate city league play. Game times are 7:00pm and 8:30pm. Games may not be changed or rescheduled once the initial schedule is completed. Games will be played at the McMaster Athletic Complex located at 101 W. L. Walden Drive in Georgetown. These games will be played as 11 on 11 but a team may be permitted to start with as few as 8 players. Games will consist of two 35 minute halves with a five minute halftime. Only adults at least 18 years of age will be permitted to play. Team uniforms with numbers are required for each game as well as a current team roster with first and last names next to the player’s shirt number.

During the season, games or events may be rescheduled due to inclement weather. To find out if a particular game or event is cancelled, call our rain out number at (512) 931-7719.

Fully completed registrations including rosters may be turned in at the front desk of the Recreation Center located at 1003 N. Austin Avenue. Payment must be submitted with registration. Registrations that are mailed in must be received prior to the posted deadlines.
